Summer Goalie Camp 2025
Elite Goaltending’s Summer Goalie Camp will take place at Boca Ice August 4th-August 8th, 2025.
We will be offering a Half-Day Camp (separated by age), which will include 1 hour of On-Ice Goalie Training and 1 hour of Off-Ice Goalie Training per group, per day.
Jerseys will be included for all camp participants and space is limited (each group will be capped to ensure maximum productivity for all goalies).
On-ice instructors for the camp will include Elite Goaltending’s Tomas Vokoun and Patrick Spano, as well as guest coach, former Chicago Blackhawks Goalie, and Stanley Cup Champion Scott Darling.

Camp Instructors

Scott Darling is a former American goaltender who played in the NHL for the Chicago Blackhawks and Carolina Hurricanes. He was drafted 153rd overall in 2007 by the Phoenix Coyotes. His biggest career highlight came in 2015, when he won the Stanley Cup with the Blackhawks, becoming the first Chicago-area native to do so with the team. His journey to the NHL was marked by perseverance, overcoming personal challenges to establish himself as a reliable netminder.

Tomas Vokoun was a standout Czech goaltender who played in the NHL from 1997 to 2013, primarily with the Nashville Predators. He was known for his quick reflexes and consistency, earning 300 career wins and 51 shutouts. Internationally, he helped the Czech Republic secure a bronze medal at the 2006 Winter Olympics and gold medals at the 2005 and 2010 World Championships. His ability to handle a heavy workload made him a respected figure in the hockey world.

Patrick Spano is a former Canadian goaltender who played collegiate hockey at Yale University before moving on to professional leagues in France and Belgium. He also had a stint in the SPHL before transitioning into coaching, where he has trained goaltenders across the globe. His experience as both a player and coach has made him a valuable mentor in the hockey community.
